How to attach a Snap On-blade properly
Snap On blades, also known as A5 or clip-on blades, can be fitted with a safety catch for optimal hold, depending on the model .
To ensure that the appliance works properly, make sure that the blade is correctly engaged.
Fit the clipperhead (1) on the open blade hinge (2).
Switch on the clipper
and apply light pressure
to the blade (2)
with light pressure
to the clipper (1).
Ensure that the blade (1) is properly engaged and firmly seated by pressing the blade against the machine again (usually with an audible click). Depending on the blade model, this step is essential to ensure that the blade is optimally attached.
If the blade hinge (2) has been
closed, this
with the help of a screwdriver (1)
while pressing the blade lock
so that you can remove a blade again.
