Onlinezoo e. U. strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act as amended, implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on accessibility requirements for products and services.

Shopping in the Online Shop

The online shop largely meets the above-mentioned legal requirements for an accessible user experience. Contracts can be concluded in the online shop without barriers. Non-accessible content
The following content is not accessible for the following reasons:

• Incompatibility with accessibility requirements:
  PDF documents are available for download on the website that are not yet accessible. If you need help with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact info@onlinezoo.at. We will try to provide the content to you in a suitable way as far as possible. 
• Disproportionate burden:
  For economic and organisational reasons, it is currently not possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.
  The listed incompatibilities with accessibility requirements are being continuously corrected.
• Content not covered by applicable legal provisions:
  Older documents and content are available on the website that are not accessible. As these were published before 28 June 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
• The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that were neither developed, financed nor controlled by us. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of these third-party contents with accessibility requirements, and they are therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
