Onlinezoo does not support any further wage dumping and ships on fair terms for all. From now on with GLS as cheap as possible. We support the dispatch prices and within Austria and Germany we take over the transport costs and packing costs from 169* Euro completely. (Please see your country for further deliveries free of shipping costs).
*Delivery free of shipping costs valid only for private customers - excluded are goods over 31.5 kg (or 40 kg) and / or a belt measure of over 3 m, these are specially marked and will be shipped with a shipping company subject to shipping costs.
Due to packaging, waste‑electrical and battery regulations, delivery to end consumers is only possible in the listed countries.
Resellers can also be supplied in other EU countries if they send us the properly completed and company‑signed importer confirmation.
You are also welcome to pick up your ordered articles directly from our warehouse. You can either pay for your order online or in cash when you pick it up.

GLS standard transit days are considered the usual delivery time on working days (e.g. local public holidays, road closures, address clarifications and extreme environmental conditions may slightly extend the shipping time).
Orders received before 10:00 a.m. and paid by instant transfer, credit card or purchase on account can usually be dispatched on the same working day. For payments made in advance or via PayPal direct debit, we dispatch immediately after receipt of payment.
If, contrary to expectations, a stock shortage occurs and we cannot deliver an item immediately, we will contact you to ask whether you would like a refund or prefer to choose a replacement item.
B2B partners are generally excluded from the free‑shipping policy.
