No problem, order all the items you are interested in (you can select the option Reservation for viewing for 7 days and Collection during shipping), we will prepare them in our warehouse and notify you by email when the items are ready for pickup.

Pickup times are Mon – Fri from 10:00 – 14:00. At Schweglerstraße 56 in 1150 Vienna. Please also note possible holidays or special opening hours.

1. Select the goods you are interested in and place them in the shopping cart (for dog clothing possibly different sizes if you are not sure).

2. Simply shop online at Onlinezoo.at

3. When choosing shipping, select the option Cash payment upon pickup (even if you pay with an online payment method).

4. You can choose online payment methods, otherwise payment on site is also possible.

5. After the purchase you will receive an order confirmation, which only confirms receipt of the order.

6. ***IMPORTANT: Only after receiving the pickup confirmation by email is the product ready for you to collect!***
   As a rule, the order is ready for pickup on the following working day!

7. You can come by and view the ordered goods.

8. You only pay for the products that you actually want to take with you.

9. Pickups are possible during the opening hours for Click & Collect Mon – Fri from 10 – 14

If you would like clothing and are unsure about the size, then order a little more (of course you do not have to take everything). In the warehouse itself, apart from some selected seasonal items, direct sales are not possible, so please be sure to reserve online in advance.

(Our system reminds you after 7 days and another 3 days if you have not yet picked up the goods; if you do not respond, the reservations will be canceled and no longer available for viewing.)
