What requirements do I need to be able to buy in wholesale?

You can register with us as a retailer (with a minimum order value) or as a small busniess owner (without minimum order value)

Retailer: You want to use our products for yourself (e.g. dog salon equipment) and / or sell them in your shop or grooming salon:

You need a valid trade licence or a valid UID number which is registered to your company in this case:

you get wholesale prices
you have a minimum order value of 200 € net per order
Calculation of shipping costs always depends on weight and country of delivery

Small business owner: You only need products for your own use:

You are a small trader or breeder and only need products and dog grooming supplies for your dog salon as personal use.

Mandatory for the application is a valid trade licence or breeder's certificate, in this case:

you get discounts on your purchase
there is no minimum order value
Shipping costs always depend on weight and delivery country

In both cases the B2B shop will show you net purchase prices.
If you have a valid VAT number (i.e. you are entitled to deduct input tax), you can purchase VAT-free within the EU. This number must be indicated during registration.

How can I buy wholesale from Onlinezoo as a reseller?

In your customer account on the left side you will find the point Retailer and Groomer, where you can register as a reseller with a valid trade licence or valid VAT number. (Further information can be found on this page).

After verification of the sales tax identification number (VAT number) or the trade license, you will be activated by us for dealer access. (The activation may take a little time as we are legally obliged to check class 2). If you then login with your access data you will automatically see your prices and for orientation also the recommended manufacturer sales prices).

If you do not yet have a trade licence or your VAT number, you can take the step to dealer registration at a later date, but we can only activate you for dealer access at the time of the required documents. If you change from a small business to an entrepreneur, you can send us the documents at any time and we will activate you for wholesale prices.
