The soft Double Multibrush is suitable for dogs with soft and fine coats and for larger brushing areas.

For smaller breeds or smaller brushing areas we recommend the Flex Groom Profi Multibrush - soft- Single.

Brush gently and pull the Multibrush towards the handle (do not twist your wrist). Let the pins glide through the hair and repeat the process if necessary. Brush without applying pressure to the skin.

With long hair:

Brush gently with a light, long stroke and brush beyond the ends of the hair to avoid static and hair breakage. For best results, brush the hair in layers. Start at the bottom by parting the hair horizontally and holding up the non-brushed part with your free hand. Work your way up methodically, keeping your wrist straight to avoid contact with the dog's skin.

With curly hair:

Brush in the direction of growth and then with light, long strokes against it.

With wiry hair:

Brush in the direction of the hair growth and then against the hair growth to remove matting and dead hair. If the coat is matted, use the Flex Groom Profi Multibrush in combination with a GogiPet mat breaker.

For detangling:

Gently place the brush pins on the mat with a tapping motion and pull a few hairs out of the felt mat by pulling the brush towards you, thus removing the pins from the coat. Repeat this process until the matting is gone. To prevent matting and tangles, the dog's coat should be bathed regularly, treated with a grooming conditioner and brushed daily. For heavier matting, it is best to use the Flex Groom Profi Multibrush firm Double - for thick heavy hair.
